D Kids

You know those families you don't really know but you love them right from the start? Well, that's these guys. We basically invited ourselves to their house for dinner one Sunday and have enjoyed getting to know them ever since. These big brothers were naturals. And these girls- my first set of twins and I loved it. Thank you, D family, for being just plain awesome. :)

This little baby girl definitely knew what she was doing in front of the camera. I don't think there was a single shot of her not cooperating. It was a beautiful afternoon at one of the prettiest spots in Charlottesville with one of the nicest couples you'll ever meet.

Don't you want to squeeze these little kids? Thankfully, I get to see them most days since they are best buds with my two kids. Wrangling little darlings can sometimes be a challenge, but these parents make it look easy. Such a relaxed and comfortable feel on this afternoon we spent at the UVA Business School. PS. That baby always looks this sweet. And I'm not kidding.

I think this family exudes one word: love. That's all I saw and felt that day on the beautiful UVA campus. This little guy was totally basking in the attention and love of his parents. I loved watching it and enjoyed capturing it in pictures even more.
